Tricycle North American Office Headquarters

Eastman Construction engaged Elemi in April 2008, to design the restoration of the historic Levin Brothers

Building on Main Street. Elemi will work closely with Eastman and Tricycle to design and plan offices that will meet a minimum LEED Silver certification.

This project will be a cornerstone of the Main and Market District revitalization and restore this once threatened building to life.
