Eric Myers led a design process that helped create an adaptive re-use project that was a pioneering work for the Main Street Corridor. The vision was to combine several adjoining buildings into a single project, which involved addressing sloping floor plates and alternating ceiling heights. We led the facade restoration schematics and detailing to fit the existing building and district and created seven retail and 14 residential shell spaces. This project won The Sophia Long Award for Distinguished Service in the Promotion of Historic Preservation in 2006.
