Eastman Construction engaged Elemi in the fall of 2007 to complete construction documents for a three story restaurant and brewery.

Elemi worked closely with Eastman and the pub owners to create a space plan that met building codes and the client’s needs. The design involved reuse of existing steel fabrication within the structure and an upper level outdoor deck.

The project is under construction and expected to be complete by fall 2008.
